New movies coming to theaters that I am psyched about

This weekend we went to see Burn after Reading and despite the fact that I thought it was VERY SLOW, there were some great trailers that made me excited about the next few months.

PS, does anyone think it is strange that you cant embed trailers from any of the major movies sites (MSN Movies, Yahoo Movies, etc…)?

Is winter already here?

I woke up this morning expecting to see the Sound and the Needle in bright blue skies and this is what I see instead….

 

Now that is no fun.   Do you think that winter is already here?

Views from Chambers Bay

Two weekends ago, I went with a friend of mine who was visiting from SF to play Chambers Bay golf course in Tacoma.   What a spectacular golf course.

It is slated to host the US Open in 2015 despite the fact that it has only been open for 1.5 years.  That is an amazing feat to say the least.
